79th Annual Meeting of SWCD Directors - October 28-30, 2019

Overview

The Annual Meeting of Texas Soil and Water Conservation District Directors is a meeting that provides Soil and Water Conservation District (SWCD) Directors, SWCD employees, and other conservation partners the opportunity to examine issues relevant to the conservation of the State’s natural resources. Speakers from the local, state, and national levels will address attendees concerning a wide variety of agricultural and conservation topics.

2019 Annual Meeting

The Annual Meeting of Texas Soil and Water Conservation District Directors will be held at the Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort in San Antonio, Texas on October 28-30, 2019.

Tentative Schedule

Pre-Registration

Pre-Registration will open on August 1, 2019, information will be sent out to SWCDs prior to opening. The cost of pre-registration will be $195 and spouse's pre-registration is $170.

Hotel Room Block

The hotel room block will open on August 1, 2019, information will be sent out to SWCDs prior to opening. The 2019 rate is $159. When making a reservation, there will a required 1 night deposit of $159 per room reserved. The cancellation policy is 7 days prior to the check in date.
