When the Board reaches the public comment item, the Chairman will recognize a person wishing to comment and give them the opportunity to speak.

State Board Work Sessions

The State Board regularly schedules work sessions on the third Wednesday of odd-numbered months. The agenda for each work session is normally identical to the agenda for the State Board meeting on the next day. The State Board does not take action on any agenda items during a work session, unless specified on the agenda. Meeting times and locations vary periodically, check official postings for a specific meeting.

The State Board generally conducts meetings on the third Thursday of odd-numbered months. Meetings are normally scheduled to begin at 8:00 a.m. in Temple, Texas at agency headquarters. Meeting times and locations vary periodically, so check official postings for a specific meeting.
