Looking up a deposit
To search for a Comptroller deposit, SWCDs are now required to use unique login credentials. If necessary, an SWCD can create an account with the Comptroller at the site linked in step 1.
1. Go to the TxComptroller eSystems login.
2. Enter your SWCD's unique User ID and Password.
Then click Login.
3. Select Search State Payments Issued.
4. Select Texas Identification Number (TIN) and enter under Enter Number (TIN,EIN or SSN): 35925925923 and click Continue.
5. Under Mail Code: enter your district's three digit mail code then click Search. The payment dates default to one month but the dates can be customized.
6. To see the specifics of each payment, click on the number that is underlined under the Payment Number heading.
