Annual and Semi-Annual Reports

In response to S.B. 1828 passed by the 78th Texas Legislature in 2003, the TSSWCB presents semi-annual reviews of its programs and activities. S.B. 1828 (effective September 1, 2003) provided that the TSSWCB shall prepare and deliver to the Governor, the Lieutenant Governor, and the Speaker of the House of Representatives a report, not later than January 1 and July 1 of each year, relating to the status of the budget areas of responsibility assigned to the TSSWCB, including outreach programs, grants made and received, federal funding applied for and received, special projects, and oversight of SWCD activities. The 83rd Texas Legislature in 2013, passed S.B. 59 (effective September 1, 2013) which changed the report from semi-annual to annual, due not later than January 1 of each year.
