INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR OPPORTUNITIES (NON-STATE EMPLOYEE POSITIONS)
The TSSWCB intends to engage the services of four conservation planners to provide services including the recruitment of landowners and/or agricultural land operators and the development of conservation plans. This initiative is a component of the United States Department of Agriculture – Natural Resources Conservation Service’s (USDA-NRCS) overall San Antonio River Watershed Protection Plan Implementation Conservation Initiative. Recruitment and conservation plan development will be within specified sub-watersheds inside Wilson, Karnes, and Goliad Counties. These positions are funded through a cooperative agreement between USDA-NRCS and the TSSWCB. Interested parties are requested to submit their Statement of Qualifications to the TSSWCB for evaluation; submission instructions may be accessed by the following link:
